|Time-Off Cash Out||Caregivers with eligible time off banks may elect to cash out time during Open Enrollment.
Most Caregivers may cash out up to 50 hours, however some groups are eligible for an additional 40 hours with good attendance.
Please refer to the applicable Human Resources policy procedure manual (PPM) or union contract for annual Time-Off Cash Out details.
|Options available to you will be displayed in the open enrollment system.
Caregivers cannot cash out more hours than they have in their bank. The time-off cashout amount will appear on the paycheck the day after Thanksgiving. PTO hours may be cashed out at a percentage based on years of service. ATO hours have no cash value and cannot be cashed out, but a maximum of 40 unused hours can be rolled over into the next calendar year.
|Cashed out time off will be paid on the November 26th, 2021 pay date.|
